Your natural look with an ombre effect

We all know it: your hair looks great when it has just been dyed, but after four weeks at the latest, roots are clearly visible, especially with lightened hair - and the work starts all over again...

How convenient that the dark approach is now totally fashionable - so leave it alone! In fact, the look is so trendy right now that it's even being dyed on purpose!

Often with the Ombre hairstyle, light tips or strands are dyed into darker hair. Of course, you can also proceed the other way around and add a dark color from above.

In summer you can also achieve a natural beach look when the ends fade in the sun.

How can I achieve an “ombre” – roots darker than the ends – at home?

In 4 steps to the ombre effect:

  1. Don't color your hairline for two months.
  2. If you have blonde hair, choose a shade 2-3 shades darker than your natural hair color; If you have dark hair, use your natural hair color - and only recolor the hairline. (It can be irregular, it should appear 'natural')
  3. Leave the hair color on for 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse the color well and care for it with the included shampoo and conditioner.
